As part of an ongoing effort to improve customer service, Dandridge Water Management Facility is in the process of updating our software system in order to receive daily meter reads as opposed to the once a month read currently obtained.
With this upgrade, we hope to provide quicker notification of customers with possible leaks or high consumption.
In order to take full advantage of this service, we need YOUR help! Several customers have had an account with us for years and it’s likely that your account information hasn’t been updated for some time. Also, many of our customers now use a cellular phone as their only or primary phone service and we might not have that number in our system. Some of you have told us you’d like to be contacted via e-mail if you cannot be reached by phone. Please help us stay in touch by updating your contact information.
