There was a significant water leak on our main line, which supplies water to approximately 3/4 of our customers. Crews completed repairs around 2:30 p.m. We understand that several customers were without water and apologize for the outage. Repairs were completed within 2 hours. When learning of the repairs, we also identified our phones had an issue as well and were not forwarding the calls as scheduled. The phone system was rebooted and now operating correctly. Water services should be fully restored to all customers by 3:30 p.m. During any leak repair, it is likely that there may be some air in the lines.
